Hi,

It’s easy to underestimate how long real change takes.

Especially when you’re only seeing fragments.
Especially when progress isn’t linear.
Especially when the work is mostly internal.

Meaningful shifts tend to unfold slowly, in layers you revisit more than once.

That doesn’t mean you’re stuck.
It means the work is deeper than a quick fix.

You’re allowed to be in the middle of something without needing to define it yet.
You’re allowed to trust a process that doesn’t reveal itself all at once.

This is a longer arc than it looks.

One thing:
Notice where you’re expecting closure and see if you can loosen that expectation.
