Hi,

Pressure often disguises itself as motivation.

It sounds like focus.
It feels like momentum.
It tells you that if you don’t act now, you’ll fall behind.

But pressure rarely leads to clarity.
It usually leads to short bursts followed by exhaustion.

Motivation that lasts tends to feel different.
Quieter.
Less frantic.
More rooted in care than fear.

If you’ve been pushing yourself because it feels necessary, not because it feels right, it might be worth slowing down long enough to notice that difference.

Pressure can get you moving.
It can’t help you stay.

One thing:
Pause before your next “should” and ask where it’s coming from.
