There are two of you, and they clock in seconds apart.

One believes in the thing. Opens the doc, sketches the plan, feels the pull that never fully died.

The other one closes the tab. Checks the phone. Decides tonight isn't the night, quietly, without a meeting.

And here's the part that does the damage. You watch the second one win, and you file it as evidence. Fraud. Lazy. Wasted.

But look at the reps.

The belief gets a few minutes a week. The retreat has been training daily for years. Every long day, every "after things settle down," every tab closed at nine. Two sides of your character in a fair fight? No. A rookie against the most conditioned habit you own.

The retreat is not a verdict on who you are. It's a record of what got practiced.

You don't need a diagnosis. You need reps for the other one.

The one thing for today:

Which of the two got your reps yesterday?

Josh

Five minutes. One prompt. One line of ash. The first seven days are free: truevitalyou.com/journal
