There’s an invisible schedule many of us feel like we’re behind on.

Where we should be by now.
How settled we should feel.
How clear things should look.

That timeline is rarely based on your actual life.
It’s usually inherited. Absorbed. Compared into existence.

Moving slowly doesn’t mean you’re avoiding something.
It often means you’re listening closely enough to notice what rushing would cost you.

Your pace doesn’t need to match anyone else’s to be valid.
It just needs to be sustainable.

You’re allowed to move at the speed that lets you stay present.

One thing:
Notice where you’ve been pressuring yourself to speed up and soften that expectation, even slightly.
