Hi,

It can feel discouraging to notice familiar thoughts returning.

The same worries.
The same doubts.
The same questions you thought you’d already worked through.

It’s easy to label that as regression.
As falling back.
As proof that nothing really changed.

But growth doesn’t move in a straight line.
It moves in layers.

Coming back to an old thought doesn’t mean you’re starting over.
It often means you’re seeing it from a different place.

You notice it faster now.
You respond to it differently.
You don’t believe it as completely as you once did.

That’s not failure.
That’s depth.

Revisiting something doesn’t mean you’re stuck.
It means your understanding is changing.

You’re not falling back.
You’re checking in.

One thing:
Notice one familiar thought today and ask yourself what’s different about how you see it now.
